Our stay at SeaChase was perfect. We were in a ground floor unit and the location could not have been better! We could walk out the door a few feet to the gate to the beach and I loved it. Morning coffee watching the water and listening to the sounds of the surf can’t be beat. I miss it already and hope to return to this exact unit soon.

We love Sea Chase and have been staying there for 7 of our last 10 trips to OB. The property is always clean and well kept. With kids we love the 1st floor bc it opens to a grassy areas and they can easily go back and forth to the condo (ages 10 and 15) and we feel safe letting them do so while we stay at the beach.
This rental has had some updates and is very comfortable for us. We have stayed in this unit before and would love the 2nd bed to have a queen bed instead of 2 twins but it works. We love it here and will probably rent this unit again soon! P.s. would love a Keurig coffee machine.

102C is a well appointed ground floor condo. All the amenities including ice machine. View from the living room and master bedroom was fantastic. Enjoyed the hot tub which was just outside the door. I do wish the check-out time of 9:00 a.m. was a little later.

Perfect First Floor Convenience

My husband and I traveled with my daughter, son-in-law and our 2 month old granddaughter. When looking we were set in finding a first floor with walk-out, convenient to a pool, close beach access, with a view and wow did we find the perfect spot in this condo. We were there for an extremely hot week, so with a newborn only got to the beach once, but with a view like you are on the beach it was perfect. And being able to walk out your door and have a pool to either side within 20 steps was awesome. Parking and entrance to the condo from the parking lot was very easy.
The condo is well appointed and comfortable with a view from every seat in the living and dining area. There are two twins in the second bedroom which are not shown in pictures but is in the description. Kitchen had all the necessities, and the ice machine was the highlight for the hubbies because they did not have to make a daily ice run!
We were very happy and hope to return soon.

I traveled with my daughter, son in law and grandchildren. This suite was VERY convenient to the beach, splash pad and pools. That's very important when you have a baby in tow :)

Very nice condo, clean, air conditioning works, beds are comfortable. Pictures may need to be updated but as the description says, there are 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, so it worked out very well for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids.
VERY convenient having a ground floor unit where the kids could come and go out the patio door on their own without worrying about them in the elevator.
The large outdoor pools were not heated during March spring break, but the outdoor hottubs were still running, and there is also an indoor heated pool and indoor hot tub.
Beautiful not crowded beach access right out the patio door.
Lots of restaurants and things to do within close driving distance.
Overall would highly recommend and would definitely stay in this unit again if/when we come back!

We loved this unit. Wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was beautiful and very homey feeling, unlike most condos. Will definitely try to book this particular unit again in the future. Only difference was second bedroom shows double bed and it had 2 twins. Also we loved the security at the property and able to walk right out to the pool areas and beach. Nice not worrying about elevators.

This is our favorite place to stay and we highly recommend 102c! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the exterior work being done was rather annoying. A pool and hot tub were both closed. Yes, there are other pools and another hot tub, but it was a minor inconvenience to walk around all the closed sidewalks.
We will absolutely return and will stay in this unit!

We loved staying in 102C for a week in October. This location is perfect for our small kids. No hauling beach and pool items up and down stairs or elevators. We walked right off our patio to the beach or pool quickly each day. It's decorated nicely and feels so luxurious. This is our favorite SeaChase condo to date!

This condo is exactly what we were looking for! The location and beach could kot have been better. The unit was nicely furnished and well kept. Check in/check out was a breeze with no unanticipated charges. Overall an amazing stay. You are steps from the beach in this unit. I only have a couple complaints: The first two days of our stay work was being done on the stucco of our building. Ladders, painting equipment and scaffolding was all stacked (and in use) right next to our patio. We actually switched resorts from our first choice because we were told this was being done there too. Would have been nice to know...Second is we stayed pretty early in the season. Only one outdoor hot tub was running and the outdoor pools were almost too cold to swim in. Our kids spent a lot of their pool time indoors. Overall a great stay! I would stay at this resort and exact unit again!

Unfortunately, sun, salt, and sand take their toll on everything, even concrete. The contractors were going floor by floor, balcony by balcony, inspecting and replacing any concrete supports which appeared compromised. Because it was such a wet winter, they experienced a lot of delays and the work carried over into the spring season. We hope to see you at SeaChase again soon!

It is a great location on the ground floor, which we have enjoyed for three winters. All new appliances really updated the kitchen. Not only appliances, but very nice cookware was added. Any problems like light bulb, adjusting heat vents or any question were promptly taken care of.

Wonderful location! Property was clean. Already booked the same condo for next year. One recommendation would be to upgrade the size of the kitchen garbage can and include a lid to close it. A lid would help keep flies away. With a family of 4, we had take the trash out several times per day since it was a small can. Just a suggestion :)

This is our 4th year staying in this unit and every year is better than before! We love the location, the decor and everything about it! It's become our vacation home!! We can't imagine our vacation anywhere else...the easy access to the pool, boardwalk and having the large grassy area outside our door makes everything that much more enjoyable! We have already booked our trip back next year! We can't wait!

This unit is updated and clean and the location is perfect! It's probably time for some additional updates such as kitchen appliances and master bathroom upgrades for the shower, but overall the unit and location is great!

We vacationed in Orange Beach, AL two years ago in a different condo rental. This year, we discovered Sea Chase and discovered it is wonderful! Everything was more than terrific. We had two little ones under the age of 3 and couldn't have asked for anything better. Clean and comfortable ground floor unit and the pools.... we can't say enough about the grounds. The employees were all very nice and easy to talk to. The beach was close and awesome to hear every night. We will be back...hopefully next year!
