We had 103 west. It was the perfect location for us. It's central to all of the pools, which was great because we have an 11 year old, and we brought his best friend with us. The gate to the beach is right off of the balcony. Our unit was a little outdated, but it's very clean and had all of the amenities. We will definitely be staying here again. The staff was very courteous, and Tammy at the front gate was awesome. She was super friendly and kind.

We have stayed with SeaChase for 5+ years. We have always enjoyed out stay very much. In fact we usually stay in the same condo each year. But, this year we were somewhat disappointed. The condo is beginning to look run down. Needs painting, a good cleaning, some furniture updates. The staff was very nice though. Especially Jesse who always speaks and handles any problems you have. I know it's not SeaChase problem about how the condos are furnished but the Owner should take a little more care. Have to think long and hard about next year. Grounds are well cared for and always beautiful.

My family and I stayed at Seachase 103W the week of June 11th-18th. We absolutely loved the Seachase property. 103W was a great condo. Most everything was updated and modern. We didn't care a lot for the mattresses on the beds, but they weren't terrible, just different from what we're used to which is to be expected.

This was our first stay in Orange Beach and at Seachase. We definately will be back. The Condo was perfect for my family. We chose the first floor for easy access to the pools and beach. It is nice to just walk out to the pool and not have to worry about waiting for an elevator.
The beds were comfortable. The couch was new. The sliding doors were easy to open. The condo was nicely decorated and appealing.We cooked in one night and had all the necessary utensils needed. The condo fit all our needs.
The only negative is there is no streaming service only cable tv. But when you're at the beach, we didn't turn the tv on until bedtime. So it wasn't that big of a deal.
We had an issue with the toilet handle and it was repaired within 10 minutes!
The pools and hot tubs were great! And the indoor pool was a plus on our rainy day!

We had a wonderful vacation at Seachase. The unit we stayed in 103W was immaculate! It was decorated beautifully, all amenities were there, and the manager was great. We had a couple of minor issues and they were promptly dealt with. Location of the unit was the best, the first floor was amazing. steps from the ocean!

The location of this condo is fabulous! With a toddler the ground floor was perfect. The gate adds extra security and the walk to the main pools and beach is very short. Also, Walmart is directly across the street and there are many restaurants near by. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only small complaint is that one of the twin beds was broken and the sofa was very worn out. I know you don’t go to the beach to sit on the sofa, but with a toddler some time in the room is inevitable. Overall a great property!

We enjoyed 103 W unit very much. We had read the reviews about the difficult
sliding glass door. It was very hard to open and close. The toilet in the main bathroom needs attention. It doesn’t shut off when flushed. We had a problem with the washer spinning. We reported that and a new washer was installed the next day!

Nice to be on the ground floor but could hardly get the sliding door open. None of the kids could open it by themselves. Other than that it was nice.

This was our 3rd stay at SeaChase but our first stay in this unit. We always try to get a ground floor unit and this one did not disappoint! We love being able to walk right off the patio straight to the beach or pool without dealing with elevators or stairs, especially with our small children. The unit was clean and had mostly everything we needed. The kitchen seemed well stocked for when we needed to cook! We love the resort pools and the expansive beach that never seemed too busy. Wal-mart is right across the street and restaurants are within walking distance or a short 5-10 min drive.
We did have a couple issues at this condo, though. The main sliding glass door to go out to the patio/beach was basically inoperable. My husband could open it but I had real trouble. Our kids definitely couldn't open it, which was hard because we always had to stop what we were doing to open it for them when they wanted to play on the patio. We called maintenance and they came to look at it but what they did didn't make any difference. We ended up using the master bedroom sliding door, which was fine, but not ideal. This definitely needs to be addressed.
Overall it was a great stay!

This unit was beautifully decorated and so clean. It was furnished with all of the necessary kitchen tools. We will absolutely return to this unit. The west tower and center pools were right outside the door and so convenient for my elderly parents and three young children.

Just returned from a wonderful week in a beautiful condo. It’s beautifully decorated, clean and kept up very well. It’s on the bottom floor which our family loves. Seachase is a beautiful resort, it’s the only place my family has stayed in years & we come back to 103W every time we can get it! PERFECT!

Fantastic time with Sea Chase friends. Loved water exercise - met and renewed friendships. Bridge and golf were great along with the pot lucks. Wonderful social atmosphere found only at Sea Chase!

We had a great trip to Orange Beach. We loved the Sea Chase location, proximity to the beach, and the amenities offered. There were a few items broken in our condo. Also,the bedding was stretched out and had stains on the pillow cases and quilts.
