Escape to this exceptional 11th floor professionally decorated luxury condo with an exquisite infusion of tropical and seaside décor. An endless expanse of sugar white sand and an unforgettable panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico await you from the over-sized balcony, master bedroom and large living area. Enjoy the carefully chosen details designed to harmonize with the natural, stunning beauty of the Gulf Coast. Take in the beautiful unobstructed east and west beachfront views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Beautiful sunrises and awesome sunsets! The turquoise colors of the water from the Gulf can be enjoyed from the living room while relaxing on the sofa or the king size bed in the master bedroom. Both areas have full length windows and sliding glass doors opening onto an amazing balcony.

1104W is a renter’s favorite with features like 9 foot ceilings with tile in the living room, dining room and kitchen and wood flooring in both master and guest bedrooms. Leaf patterned tropical ceiling fans, a king size bed in the master bedroom and queen size bed in the guest bedroom, beach toy closet for the kids, a collection of books for good beach reads, free WiFi, free local phone calls and three flat screen televisions. This 11th floor condo has 1,341 square feet of updated furnishings for your relaxation. The dining area provides a tropical atmosphere with lots of comfortable seating for the whole family. It offers elegant but casual dining for six with four bar stools for the granite breakfast bar. Sit back and enjoy the custom built wet-bar with barware and a separate ice maker stocked with glassware for your use. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, a tropical fabric recliner and a comfortable large armchair and ottoman. An extra bonus is the electric fireplace to set the mood especially on cool days and nights.

1104W has a bright, fully-stocked and beautifully decorated kitchen furnished for a chef! Microwave, dishwasher, electric glass top stove, brand new refrigerator, granite counter tops, lovely tiled back splash, beautiful wood cabinets, blender, coffee makers, toaster, slow cooker, waffle maker, electric hand mixer and electric skillet. Just off the kitchen is a separate laundry room with full sized washer & dryer. A utility closet has a vacuum cleaner, broom and mop.

Master Bedroom: Professionally decorated with a king size bed with a super comfortable mattress, unobstructed views of the Gulf and 42” flat screen TV/Blu-Ray player.

Master Bath: Jetted whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower and double vanity. A large walk-in closet houses an iron and ironing board for ease of access and use while dressing. Linen closet for extra storage. Extra blankets and throws are available for your use. Towels are furnished.

Second Bedroom: Professionally decorated with a queen size bed with new mattress, 32” flat screen TV/Blu-Ray player.

Second Bathroom: Professionally decorated right next to the second bedroom. Linen closet for extra storage outside the second bathroom.

Living Room: electric fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, large arm chair and ottoman, leather recliner, 55” Flat Screen TV/Blu-Ray Player

Restrictions: No smoking, No Pets
Monthly Rentals Available.

Requires 50% Down Payment, remainder due 30 days prior to check-in
Monthly rentals require $500 down payment, remainder of 1st month due 60 days prior to check-in

My sister, cousin and I came for 5 days to refuel our tanks after a family death. IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE RELAXING AND COMFORTABLE. The condo was clean, and words cannot describe the relaxation we received from sitting on the balcony watching the beautiful Gulf!

A few days at the beach

Except for a few minor issues, it was a good experience. One of the bath towels had holes in it, the others were very nice. The kitchen faucet water flow is hard to control as is the main shower water control. The hot water is dangerously HOT!

4 adults stayed comfortably in this condo, any more and it would have been crowded. Very clean and wonderfully decorated. Beds comfortable, living room recliner will not stay reclined. Kitchen has everything you need. Staff was attentive. No problems or distractions. We love Seachase. Always have a great vacation when we stay here.

There was even a built in ice maker that came in handy for having cold drinks down at the beach. The views were amazing and we were able to see lots of wildlife. We will be coming back for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1104W. This has become like a second home to us after staying in this unit for so many years. The few times we needed help with something, the staff was always ready and willing to help. The facilities are great with an indoor pool and hot tub, the weight room, the outdoor pools and hot tubs and the close proximity to the beach. I would highly recommend!

First time to Sea Chase won't be our last

Great complex with nice pool's and beachfront. We loved everything about the property with the exception of the parking and lack of grills. Other tahn those two issues, there were none.

Great stay!

The condo was very nice. It had everything we needed for a week long stay. There was plenty of room for us to be comfortable. The condo is in a great location and convenient to everything. There were a couple of negatives though. There is nowhere near enough parking for this complex. If we got back anytime near sunset or after, we drove around forever looking for somewhere to park and often parked a good bit away from our condo. Also, when we arrived the floors were very dirty and there was left over food spilled on the countertops. We took it upon ourselves to clean the floors and kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seachase. The condo was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed for our vacation. The beach was not crowded even though it was the peak time of the summer. We will definitely be interested in booking at Seachase in the future.
