Beautiful, panoramic views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony as well as “beachy” decor with skylights and tile throughout make this 1,357 square foot, two bedroom, two bath penthouse condominium a renter's favorite. The lighthouse collection, comfortable furniture, and extras make this a great place for a family vacation, rain or shine.
Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

PARKING FOR 2 VEHICLES MAXIMUM. Each reservation includes 1 vehicle registration ($35 charge). Any other vehicles parked on property will each need to purchase a $35 vehicle registration as well.

So torn - beautiful room, bad experience

We were warned about the construction and I was totally prepared for it. We didn’t mind the potential noise and we were looking forward to a week away with our friends. The two large cranes out front took up so many parking spaces, it was a battle to find a parking spot every time we left. Our visiting day guests were not allowed to park at the complex and had to park across the street at WalMart. The room itself was very clean and gorgeous. Everything seemed new and remodeled. The views were spectacular.
However, we woke up to construction INSIDE of our room. They removed the skylight and were welding for 13 hours one day. This caused smoke inside the room and the smoke detectors kept going off. This also left debris all over the floor we had to clean up. On two other days we had unannounced people/workers/construction come into the room without warning while my teenagers were alone sleeping. The front office was very apologetic and helped rectify the situation immediately. Professional.
It is a very yin/yang review. The beach was stunning. I loved how it wasn’t overly packed like a few properties on each side of SeaChase. The chair rentals were easy and very reasonably priced for the week. I do have to warn you - the Internet in the room was practically non-existent. My son was taking an online class and we had to go across the street to find WiFi each day. Our particular room was under contract/being sold. The front office asked if we were allow the appraiser to come inside one day. We denied it.
The kitchen was beautifully stocked with every thing you would need to cook meals. I also loved the extra large washer and dryer inside the room. This was so helpful!! The vacuum worked great for the sand each day. And again... the views.
I’m hopeful after all the construction is said and done, others would have a totally different experience. Check in and out was very easy!

Facility was excellent--great parking, fast elevators, spotless property, large pools to social distance well with, etc. The condo rental was awesome! For the price paid---here are a few things to make it even better and worth it even more.... fix overhead fan in 2nd bedroom, provide dish towels, get comfortable seating/table for deck, and get a MUCH more comfortable pull-out couch (really bad mattress)! Loved the ice maker, fully loaded kitchen, and big round table with seating.

This has to be one of OB's best condo resort. Best pools and lobbies always clean.
Love the new renovations to this condo. Changing out the MBA and adding a larger shower was a plus. Tile HDW floors look clean and sleek. I hope you tell the owners they did a great job. I would stay in this condo again!!!

Everything was as expected. Check-in was easy and the unit and building and grounds were beautiful. Unit 1603W was just remodeled and we were the first to rent it. Everything was top of the line and clean. Appreciated the keurig coffee maker. It was too chilly to enjoy the pool outside. Workout room was nice, but a little busy as the weather was so chilly.

Enjoyed our visit. Excellent location; neat and clean condo and property. No smoking is a real plus although I saw a couple doing it near the dumpster area. Minor suggestions: no slow cooker ( Crock Pot ); neither electric nor manual can openers worked; no alarm clock radios in bedrooms; hair dryers mounted in bathrooms would be a plus; two or three bar stools at the bar area would be good; the dining table and chairs are high and uncomfortable, feet can't touch floor and have to rest on chair rung. Again, as former condo owners, we enjoyed our visit very much.

3 month Snowbird Visit

This is Paul and my 5th year snowbirding at Sea Chase with Aronov Property Management. Karen Allen and her team made us feel very welcome. We were very pleased with Condo 1603W (top floor of West Tower) the 180 degrees views are AMAZING! Each year we continue to build relationships with snowbirds and local friends in the community and at My Church Is At Flora-Bama, South Baldwin Community Theatre. We look forward to returning for many years to come. God Bless!

While the unit was spacious, we think there could be an upgrade made on the master bedroom bed, & window treatments throughout. Bed was very noisy & not attached well to headboard. Plastic shutters did not block sun well & therefore sleeping in was not an option. Ice machine very nice touch!!! Beautiful view!!!!
3 Month Snowbird Adventure

The condo my husband and I leased for three months was beautifully furnished, kitchen well-stocked, and our 180 degree view from my balcony was spectacular.
The staff is genuinely caring.
We have released this condo for next season.
Only one problem, very low water pressure until last day. Company corrected the apparent problem.
