This condo is stunning! Very clean with modern furnishings. The extra cots were not very comfortable, but fine for young children. we had great time exploring this beautiful resort with direct beach access. Management was very helpful in bringing us extra linens and helping with any issues that came up during our stay.

It was a clean and roomy condo. I wish bedroom windows could be opened. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all necessities plus. Next time, we may rent a condo a couple floors up so we could see over the neighboring houses.

Seachase is definitely where we will be staying again for our family vacation.. our room we’re very spacious and clean the balcony was very big and perfect look out to the ocean there are many very nice pools and hot tubs and the walk to the beach is right there it was perfect when arriving the staff made it very easy and we’re very nice !!! There is a many combiner place to go right across the street for any of your needs .Would highly recommend seachase!!!

We’ve stayed in alot of nice condos over the years but when your mother in law looks at you and says, “this is the nicest condo we’ve ever stayed in!”, you know that’s high compliments. She’s right. It was beautiful, perfectly located and provided the backdrop for a very memorable, wonderful vacation. My only hesitation in writing this review is that it might make it harder for me to book next time! ��

Had a great time here! The condo was perfect for our girl trip. Very nice and clean and up to date. 3rd floor was a plus. The accommodations were simple and easy and the staff that I dealt with were very nice and helpful. Tammy and Jessi the security guards were very helpful and kind when we arrived, loved their personalities. The pools and hot tubs were very clean and the beach was perfect. SeaChase is a great location, and convenient to food marts, restaurants and shopping. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home away from home. ����

We had 14 adults on a family trip and everything was great but weather a little cool. Tammy at front gate was great in giving us needed information. Beach was not crowded .

The condo was beautiful! Nice view and multiple pools! We had 8 people and plenty of room! The check in process was not smooth though. Check in is late, 5pm. I was supposed to get a text or email letting me know the code to open the door saying the condo was ready. Arrived shortly before 5 and had trouble finding where to check in. Sign on door said Monday-Friday and we arrived on Saturday. Frustrating! Finally found someone to help us and the condo was ready. Only issues once we got inside was only one set of sheets for use on the sofa sleeper and 2 fold away cots and the instructions said to load dishwasher and start upon leaving but there was no detergent to use. Otherwise we did love the size, location, pools and decor of the place. We would return again.

The condo was 1st class it was super clean the beds are brand new and super comfortable the couch was amazing the appliances were great the view was wonderful! From the moment that we pulled into the complex the guard at the gate was funny and accommodating. The property manager Chad called to check on us. When I called him back he was very responsive we just had a wonderful time. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone the guy named Booth (or Boot) that was on the beach that did the beach chairs was just very accommodating and wonderful. I just can't believe what a great place it was and we can't wait to come back.

305W is a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great beach location. Our 2nd time to stay in a SeaChase property. Condo was very nice with all the amenities. Ice maker was definitely a plus.

Ok but had several complaints. Not enough light. No bedside lamp in twin bed bedroom , front door entrance light in condo was burned out, bathroom light over tub across from washer and dryer was burned out, kitchen did not have enough light and living room was too dark. Sheets didn’t fit bed and would be nice if were cotton. Too much put around stuff. Overall nice condo

Overall great satisfaction with our rental. Besides good location, unit had really good furniture, bedding, not less expensive items that may look nice but not comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. A few disappointments: stand alone ice maker was not working; master bath shower drained poorly with standing water during use; no bath mats.

Great Time, we were in 305 W, we had a few issues parking at our building was difficult sometimes had to par in center building, and the carts were a premium this year unlike any other, I know this is hard to control, we look forward to coming next year. I compliment you on your ambassadors at the entrance Jesse and Pam.

305W was a lovely condo. Clean, up to date, well decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The complex is very conveniently located near restaurants and grocery stores. There are 2 pools each with a hot tub to choose from directly out front of this building as well as the walkway to the beach. It is also right next to the indoor pool and the gym. We were in town for a baseball tournament and were so pleased with our location. Our only complaint was that you aren’t allowed to leave your beach chairs outside of your door, so we had to bring them inside and there is no place to store them. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay!

2018 Vacation

We rented a 3BR/2BA condo in the west tower. 3rd floor. When we arrived, we were late(after 5pm) and received a packet from the gate guard with a key. There were no moving carts so we had to carry luggage up with several trips. Our patio furniture was disassembled in inside the home. Cable was out in the two off BR's. Several light bulbs in the kitchen were out. Items were repaired the following day. We had a great stay with the only hicup being one elevator out the last day. The weather was great all week. We had a beach chair and umbrella for the week. Pools were great as were the service people.

This was one of the best vacations ever!! Our unit was beautiful and surpassed our expectations. Everything was clean, new and met our needs. The staff was very helpful. The only thing we had trouble with was parking.The lot is a little small for that many condos, but we always made it work. I would definitely stay here again!!
