We have stayed at Sea Chase many times but not in this particular condo. It was great! Loved the decor and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed for preparing meals. It was clean and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and also the tennis/pickle ball court. Also enjoyed having access to beach chairs and umbrella while on the beach. Love Sea Chase! Always a treat to get to stay here.

Sharing the great week we experienced staying at the SeaChase at Orange Beach. The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. The pools were clean and the water inviting. Ideal location and atmosphere. The staff was friendly and very helpful prior to and during our stay.

Beautiful condo and view; Beach and restaurants were great. Had a great weak with our adult kids and grandchildren on the beach and in the pools!!! James Taylor concert, photo session on beach and dolphin boat tour were all very special!!! Again, had a wonderful weak!!!

1. Did you have a good overall stay? Yes, we have been vacationing at Seachase since 2012 and always come back the same time of year.
2. Was the vacation rental in a great location? We love the location of Seachase. walmart, publix, restaurants are so close and some within walking distance. You don't have to go far to get anything and its RIGHT on the beach!
3. Was the home clean and in good shape? the home was so clean, everything smelled fresh. Like it was just cleaned and sanitized!
4. Was the vacation rental management staff helpful? The staff was great, we got our check-in notice earlier than expected, and we were so happy to get that text! We used to have to go in and check in with the front staff but now we can do all the paperwork before arriving and can go straight to the room. the guards were great and got us straight in the parking lot and when we were ready to leave, they thanked us for our stay and hoped everything was nice. The customer service is outstanding! Will definitely be back!
5. Activities/Restaurants- We always go to Lulu's, The Hangout for Pirates and Princesses is a must for little ones, Cactus Cantina (right across the street), Shrimp Basket, Kaydens for Ice cream, Daisy's donuts. We always go to the Track for go-carts, our daughter did the SkyCoaster this year, we love the arcade, and we always go to Covert comics & collectibles for our comic/toy collectible needs.

Nice rental
Overhead lights not working over other light when using kitchen at night
Master bed very comfortable and linens very clean
lots of space for the two of us
Area rugs could be cleaned for a better appearance, otherwise nicely furnished. Can not wait to return to same Unit!!

We have stayed 3 times now at Sea Chase and love the pristine grounds and beaches. Always quiet and exceptionally clean. My parents felt the queen bed in the guest room was uncomfortable. The other beds were good. Overall very happy with the ample space and well appointed kitchen. Nicely decorated.

This room is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The view is a a great height to watch the dolphins and the morning fishing fleet. My son took a picture with every monkey:)

Once again we loved our stay at this condo. The owners do nice updates each year. He have been using SeaChase for over 32 years and never had a bad experience. It’s still the best, friendliest, and most relaxing place in Orange Beach. We were planning on coming back for 8 days in August, but someone beat me booking this unit by a few hours!

New Years stay

We stayed at Sea Chase over a frigid New Years holiday. The Confo was immaculayelybkept, was decorated with class, and felt like a luxurious vacation. Although it was cold, we spent lots of time at the indoor pool/hot tub, which was nice and warm. Plenary of security around the building. Front desk staff friendly and helpful! Would go back.

Fall Stay at Seachase

This was our 5th stay at Seachase. We love coming here and enjoyed our stay. We like the location at Orange Beach and we liked the quietness of the beach coming at this time of the year. Great customer service from the front desk staff, reservation staff and the security guards. We especially like seeing Karen in the office who has been there for all of our stays. The property landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. Love the pools and easy access to the beach. Our unit 501c was not our favorite. If had all the amenities one would need but the decor was outdated. Liked the kitchen, bedrooms and patio but living room furniture was not comfortable being mostly wicker and is worn looking and needs replacement. The unit overall needs some upgrading and bathroom fans that are functional and master shower door that closes properly. We preferred other units over the yrs there that were more updated . But overall we very much enjoyed our 9 days at Seachase and hope to return again soon.

This was our 4th visit to Sea Chase and our first stay in this unit. the condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. We love the corner units not just for their extra space, (3 br) but for the openness and almost panoramic view. Even on rainy days there was plenty to do. We went to the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola which was only about 35 minutes away. All indoor and air conditioned. Great day, rain and all.

We had a wonderful experience at Seachase. We would rent unit 501C again. The only issue that we had was with the carts. So many people stay from Saturday to Saturday so the demand for carts on these days are high which creates a shortage.
