Everything was perfect for our stay! The pictures on line were exactly what the property was. Check in and out was so easy. The location was great and the resort was everything it was stated to be online. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls’ getaway. We would definitely book this condo again! It was perfect!

It was wonderful! The perfect view from 5th floor! It was clean and updated! We arrived early and they had our condo ready! The location was great, everything you need was right there or minutes a way!

The staff and owner saved our vacation. In all the hubbub of life, I made the reservation for the wrong dates, and realized as I was picking up the rest of the family at the airport. Talk about a miracle, the ladies found this unit that was available for a single night and got us in and saved the day! thank you all for truly making memories positive.

This was our first time and we will definitely return. It was clean, easy access to the beach and several pools and a splash pad the the kids enjoyed. Grocery stores and shops were literally across the street. The description of this property was 100% accurate. Easy to book, check in and out. Would recommend!

Perfect room, not to high up if you choose to use stairs, great view of ocean and pool area. Room had plenty of towels and fully equipped but it would have been nice to have a starter dishwashing liquid if you wanted to just wash an individual dish. Not a very long walk out to the beach from the gate, but it was annoying that you had to keep up with a badge to scan in and out of the gate it would be better if there was a key code. The step up/down from the board walk to the sand was steep and was difficult for us to step up especially causing my dad to injury his foot during our stay. Location was central but had to make some u turns to get in and out of the building to go most places.overall it was nice and I would stay here again.

Refreshing spring break stay

I traveled to Seachase with two 15 year olds and two 20 year olds for a quick Spring Break stay of four nights. I would definitely stay here again for these reasons: the property has a guard shack/24 hour security which allowed me to let the kids use the facilities without me (in pairs), the landscaping around the property is lovely, the beach is a very short walk from the building, groceries/souvenirs are about one block away, The pools and hot tubs are clean and gorgeous.
The inside of the condo is pretty with gorgeous views of the ocean. We found the condo to be clean. We had two boys sharing the bunk room, Mom and daughter in the king bed and a friend on the pull out couch. Everyone found the beds comfortable. There is plenty of seating in the living room and around the dining table. The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry machines worked great. The check out process was easy, we left at 5am and the list of to-dos for check out was short.
The weather was chilly while we were there but definitely warmer than Iowa. We went to the beach a couple days, spent a lot of time in the hot tubs, walked along the beach to a restaurant, went to the outlet mall, the boys worked out in the fitness room daily and my daughter and I played tennis on the rooftop court.
I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you, fun memories were made!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved our time in the condo. The rooms were spacious, decor was perfect for beach living, and we found ourselves enjoying breakfast and lunch on the patio. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. The employees on site were very friendly and helpful with recommendations as we were first time visitors to Orange Beach. We would definitely love to come back!

Our time at Sea Chase on Orange Beach shores was memorable, and because of rain and windy was extraordinarily wonderful to have a beautiful "home place" to rest/unwind and watch the lively waves while eating our in-home meals. This beautiful condo has a relaxing and friendly decor. One day we felt like a low key outing. During our stroll through Al's 5 & Dime Store (across the highway)- we felt like we stepped back-in-time! :-) Vacationers should visit Al's; it's like an old T.G.& Y. or Kress's Store with some modern items added in. From start to finish at Sea Chase...we were welcomed by an invitation to sit down and have a cup of coffee as we waited. The last thing we experienced was a smile and "hope your stay was good; come back soon" from the friendly Guard at the Front Entrance. The whole stay is still fresh in our minds and hearts. We hope everyone enjoys Sea Chase 503E as much as we did. May God bless each who enters there!!

We have stayed at Seachase the last 5 years, this was our second time picking this unit. Our kids love the bunkbeds. We love that it's so close to Walmart, publix and within only 10-20 minutes if Lulu's and other great places to visit! The room, itself, was very clean and nice. Thr only complaint I had would be they were painting the exterior kf thr building while we were there and we had to get our car covered with tarp so paint wouldn't get on it. But we understand that's something that has to happen and wasn't too big of a deal. Would definitely stay again. :-)

Excellent unit. As longtime Sea Chase renters, found this unit top notch. Only problem was the WiFi went out halfway through our stay. Everything else was as good or better than we have experienced with other units.

Very nice condo. Clean, up-to-date furnishings, comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen for anything you would want to cook. We have been to Seachase several times over the past few years and it our favorite place to stay, each condo we have stayed in has been very nice. Grounds and pools are very clean and well maintained. We did think the elevators and front entry of the east bldg were not as clean and well maintained as in prior stays... they looked as if they could use a good cleaning, gave a four star rating on cleanliness for that reason. After two days of rain from hurricane Ida, the sun came out and the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Seachase.

Very nice condo. Location was nice and beach was stellar. Pools were ok, but access to beach made up for that. Only issue is that there was a bunch of construction, which was communicated AFTER the time i could make changes. Pools were closed with no notice.
Overall, it was good, but annoying that we couldn't access some amenities we were told about.

We have 2 small children and are very picky when it comes to choosing a condo. Seachase 503E checked all of those boxes. The condo was very spacious, had a laundry room, tons of kitchen storage equipped with every kitchen item you could imagine, and had an amazing view. The resort itself is great for little ones because of the splash pads, pools, hot tubs, and indoor pool and hot tub. Another must for us is that the pool or beach can't be too far of a walk, and the Seachase is perfectly situated on the Gulf. It's close to stores and restaurants, and parking wasn't an issue. The master shower and tub needs updating, but overall a great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

My Family and I had to change Vacation Plans last minute. Karen at Sea Chase was a Great help getting 3 condos for my Family. Very Nice Condos and Great security. Enjoyed the pools, hot tubes and the beach! Would highly recommend this place for your family!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was great with a perfect view. The beach was clean. The only negative to me was that there were not enough things to do close. Most activities were more towards Pensacola and Destin Florida. Overall it was a great stay.
