We loved our condo @ Sea Chase - the decor & view were perfect!
Only suggestion would be to add a pitcher to the kitchen - needed something to put sweet tea in!

Rental Unit #801C was a spacious corner condo with great views. It has been newly remodeled and was super nice. Only complaint was that the twin beds were hard and uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful week in this condo. Very refreshing. All new decor and updated furnishings. Twin beds could be a bit more comfortable but we had adults in them rather than children so maybe that is why we found them not great. We would rent this unit again. Master bath is by far the most luxurious in all of SeaChase and we stayed in many other units. Book this 3 bed 2 bath. You will not be disappointed. Oh and air conditioner works great which is a plus. We did keep it super cool so afternoon sun would not affect temp and it was wonderfully cool.

Loved the condo. Decorated so well. The entire place was clean everyday! The elevators, lobby, etc. Just a great place to stay!

This is an older property but it's very well maintained. The condo itself is lovely. We're relaxers and spend more than our fair share of time in the room. I believe the beds have memory foam mattresses. We thought they were going to be uncomfortable but they turned out to be great.
My only suggestions would be that you add a hair dryer and a maybe a few extra trash bags. I have never stayed anywhere that did not have a hair dryer. It's a pain to travel with one.

Sea Chase is a great location. Easy beach access. Nice outdoor hot tubs. Very quiet and never felt crowded. No elevator issues at all. 8th floor and never waited more than a few seconds for them.
801c was very spacious. Many windows allowed for tons of daylight and great views. Well equipped condo. Kitchen well equipped. Bring your salt and pepper and spices if you’re gonna cook(this is a Sea Chase policy). Beds are good. Master bedroom bed is pretty firm so some may want to bring a topper. Overall a great condo, great facility. We had a great time and will definitely return!

experience fair to good.
Tv in bathroom not working. Main TV difficult to operate
hot water in master bath for only 5 minutes then would turn cold. ice machine not working but they were able to repair the 3rd day.

We had a wonderful but short weekend a this condo with plenty of room for our family. The furniture is a little different than the pics and more outdated but did not deter from our enjoyment. Disappointed we could not stream movies on the tv at night. The views overlooking the pool and beach were perfect though, especially at sunset.

Bigger than we needed but the only unit available. Not as well equipped, i.e, hand towels etc as some of the other units we have stayed in.
We have stayed at this property in different units 3 times now and live the location. It is a little over priced but the location and amenities are better than other properties we have visited.

Sea Chase corner condo was large & Beautifully decorated! All 3 bedrooms were beautiful! Master bath was huge! Kitchen was great with everything you will need! The balcony was large & wrapped around the condo on 2 sides. There is a great view of the beach as well as 2 of the swimming pools & 1 hot tub. This was our second stay at Sea Chase, & it will not be our last!

Had a great time as usual in Orange Beach. Seachase is one of the best places to stay because of its location and all of the amenities in the Seachase complex. We have stayed at Seachase for the past 20 years and have never been disappointed. It always feels like home to us. The office personnel are extremely helpful and very polite. If you have any problems at all, they will take care of it immediately. Very professional. There are many restaurants nearby and we have gone to nearly all of them. Lulu's and Lambert's Café are two of our favorites. The beaches are the best around and are maintained by the City of Orange Beach. Orange Beach is a very family oriented town and the Grandkids and Great Grandkids love the place. We will always stay at Seachase because we enjoy it so very much.

Despite the forecast of an impending storm we arrived at Seachase where we love to spend vacation. The storm had no effect on us and the week was wonderful. The kids loved plaing in the waves which were a bit rougher! The beach was clean and weather very pleasant. Our condo was lovely with all the conveniences. The view was beautiful. It was clean and well maintained. We love the location with a Walmart, Rouses and any other store you may need within walking distance. The Catholic Church was just down the road. We had a wonderful vacation.

Basically comfortable and spacious. However, worn linens, pillows & miss-matched towels throughout in need of replacing. Living room side chairs old. Sofas & kitchen appliances great.
