We rented for the months of January and February 2025. We were very pleased with our decisions to do so. The property was very clean. Location in our opinion is outstanding.
We have rented many properties over the years. Most have the bare minimum for kitchen utensils etc. We were pleasantly surprised that this unit had everything we needed and then some. It is very well appointed.
We have already booked for 2026.

Check in was so easy. Our condo was ready for check in earlier than expected. I received a text message and phone call to let me know. The condo is beautiful. Beds were comfy. Kitchen cabinets were stocked very well. Rousse’s supermarket is right across the street. The owner called to chat to ensure everything was in order. Asked for feedback and the entire process and stay was outstanding.

Dream Vacation on the shore!

SeaChase 702C was perfect for our kids' first time to see the ocean! The condo has a fun beach theme, was clean, and had everything we needed to make our vacation easy and comfortable. A beautiful view of the Gulf greeted us every day (and swimming dolphins!). Check in/out was easy and the condo building has pools, quick elevators, carts to haul luggage, and direct access to the beach. Highly recommend!

Memorial Day Vacation

We had a wonderful trip to the coast and our stay at SeaChase 702C was perfect for us. Easy access to pools and beach was great for me and the kids; I had teens and a 3-yr-old. All facilities were well kept and very nice. The beach was awesome; I loved the short boardwalk and the access to chairs/umbrellas.

We had a wonderful time at Sea Chase 702C! We were a little sad two of the outdoor pools were closed, but it didn't stop our enjoyment of the property. Can't wait to come back. My only suggestion is to check the water pressure in the master bathroom shower. It was very low. Hope to be back soon.

Beautiful Condo. Very clean and decorated with a beach theme. Balcony very comfortable and beach was awesome. We celebrated our 39th anniversary while we were there. Condo exceeded our expectations! We have zero complaints.

702C you can see the sunrise and the sunset easily from the balcony, beachy decor, modern kitchen well stocked. The master bed is firm, comfortable, and easily accessible to anyone 5' or taller. You can hear the Gulf of Mexico with the sliding door open sitting in the family room or the master bedroom. You have shopping and restaurants within a 5-minute distance. Straight and surface parking not a tower with hairpin turns. Direct beach access, indoor pool and indoor jacuzzi. On site Property Management when needed.

Ready to go back!!

Once again Seachase did not disappoint. We had an incredible time again this year. It is the perfect place for my family. We will forever be Seachase fans!!! No other place compares. The beach is quick access. With 5 pools onsite there was never a moment when the pools were overpopulated. The wait time for elevators minimal. 3 grocery stores within walking distance makes getting groceries a breeze. Check in is so simple. We actually got there before our check in and the office allowed us to hang out by the pool until our room was available. We had all we needed in our condo. The only inconvenience we had, which is minor, was there was not an ice maker in this condo like we had last year. Again... minor inconvenience. We just stocked up on several bags from the gas station across the street. Thank you Aronov/Seachase for helping me making wonderful memories with my family. We are grateful!!

We had the most enjoyable vacation ever at Seachase on Orange Beach! The condo was perfect, clean, stocked, decor to make you feel like you were at the beach and getting away. Our view from the 7th floor was amazing to see the ocean and enjoy the 4th of July fireworks. Location is convenient to get to either end of Perdido. Just the BEST condos on Orange Beach!

We loved our 6-day stay in Sea Chase 702C! We met my Sis and Bro-in-law for a week of sun, sand, waves, a delicious seafood! Our view from the balcony, the master, and the living room was just amazing! The unit was exceptionally clean, very well-stocked and seemed really homey! We loved that the unit was bright and colorful, and we loved all of the turtle decor throughout. We are from the Midwest, so when we travel to beach...We want to feel like we are in a beach resort!

Beautiful Condo with Exceptional View

We had a great time staying at 702C in late May. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and had all the kitchen items we needed for the week. The view is amazing. Sea chase amenities are excellent especially for entertaining our 4 year old. She found lots of friends at the poop and beach each day. We highly recommend this condo and this area. The owner of the condo also called to make sure everything was satisfactory. She is very nice and seems to care about the experience of her guests. We will be back.

Seachase continues to e one of the best condo rentals in Orange Beach. I actually had the owner call me and ask me if everything was OK! This has never happened at any condo except here! This will always be my first choice when coming to the beach!!!
