A 50% down payment is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Monthly rentals require a $500 down payment, with the remainder of the first month's rent due 60 days prior to check-in.

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. One vehicle registration is included with each reservation, while additional vehicles parked on the property will need to purchase a parking pass.

Fun family vacation

The condo was lovely. Love all the beautiful landscape and pools at the facility with attention to family and children. We were very comfortable. The only negative we experienced was having to kill several live roaches in the condo. Also, it would be helpful to families if checkout was an hour later. We enjoyed our vacation time at Seachase1001C

Great place for just relaxing and spending time with family. Beautiful breathtaking views of the gulf coast. Elevators were quick too. Definitely going back to SeaChase!

there is too much noise form the unit above this one. we stayed in this unit last yr & same issue with noise from unit above. unit it clean but outdoor area of property good be better. Lots of construction going on which was same last yr.

This was our second time saying at Sea Chase! It was amazing, just like the first time. I was more happy with this condo because it actually had a whirl pool tub as pictured. The view was amazing! Kitchen had everything you could possibly need or want. This condo had a small bar in the foyer with an ice maker. We absolutely love Sea Chase and will definitely stay again.

One of the cleanest condos I have stayed in. Great location, awesome views, spacious and comfortable. The ice machine in the room was nice to have. Fast elevators, well kept grounds and pool areas. The only negative was having to keep up with actual keys versus a keypad on the door. Highly recommend!

Third stay at Seachase all very nice

There are seven of us, five adults 2 children, plenty of room. The condo and common areas are well maintained. The beach is combed nightly so each day is like a new vacation start. My grand children have a blast every time we visit. My only complaint is parking and comfort on the balcony. Why not put a couch and a couple of swivel chairs with a coffee table.

We had or normal Great Stay at Seachase!!! Everyone there is pleasant and helpful. We had just one problem with a TV but someone was there in minutes...and...the TV issue resolved itself as they knocked on the door. We messed up a couple of years ago and had to stay at another property...and I will say...we will never make that mistake again! Seachase is our #1 choice and will remain that way! Thank you all!!!

We had a wonderful week at the beach with extended family; rented 2 condos in this building. 1001C was well appointed and not lacking for anything, very clean and great location. There is a standard coffee maker, although ad indicated only a Keurig, so we didn't need to use the one we had packed. Weather couldn't have been better and we'd like to do this again next year. We had a bit of a delay getting into the unit on the first day but all went well.

This unit was possibly the top of all that we have stayed in over our many years of vacationing at SeaChase! The decor and furnishings were so beautiful and suited to our taste. We prefer decor that is not "over the top" on beach theme and this one had just the right look for us! Loved the tile throughout, the corner was a great week and we will be seeking this unit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at SeaChase. Convenient location, great views and spotless condo...what's not to love. The condo was exactly as described and equipped with everything we needed. I called property management due to an issue with a clogged drain. Within five minutes, someone was at our door to remedy the problem. Impressive! Thanks for a great stay...highly recommend this condo!
