everything was as advertised, the unit was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and furnished. Our only issue was that the pools were not heated and too cold for a swim

The timing was perfect (late August) to avoid crowds for our empty nesters' getaway! SeaChase west is the best for the lowest crowds on the beach because it is next to cottages instead of high rises.
The balcony chairs and table looked new and the taller style made for a great, mostly unobstructed view. There was also a chaise lounge and side table that was perfect for reading. It was easy to see the sunrise each morning and the view is incredible - inside or out!
The decor and colors were so peaceful! We had everything we needed and more for our kitchen needs. We personally loved the carpet instead of the tile. The location was right next to the elevator so it was super convenient and not loud at all.
SeaChase is right across from Walmart and Publix which was very convenient. The parking was great! We never parked farther than three spots away from the door.

We have stayed at 1203W several times. Would not stay anywhere else. Besides being the perfect place to stay it is convenient to all we choose to do while in Orange Beach and surrounding area.

Very comfortable unit. The king matress not so comfortable which should be main concern. Also nice to have carpet. I would certainly recommend to friends and our stay again. The view was amazing.

The unit that we rented at Sea Chase was very clean, comfortable, and had great views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The bed in the Primary Bedroom was quite firm, for those wanting a firm mattress it would be nice. Our experience would have been better if the TV had worked (cable issue???) and remodeling of the exterior of the building had not been occurring. The best items were the indoor heated pool and friendliness of the staff.

This unit is somewhat dated, BUT, it was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped - had everything we needed: spices, cleaning supplies. This was the first and only unit in the 10+ years staying at Seachase that we did not have any maintenance issues to call in. Everything worked great, lots of hot water, etc. The unit had carpeting that had just been cleaned and looked new. We enjoyed the comfort of carpet vs. tile in most units. Furniture and beds were comfortable too. Great Unit! We would certainly return.

Very good...unit needs some updating and a few more plastic baggage carriers needed! Most people don't need hotel type hanging bag dollies, they want the plastic ones that carry more groceries and baggage!

Had a great time even though the weather was not the greatest. Staff was helpful for check in and checked with us later the first day to make sure everything was ok. More bathroom paper and paper towels should be left by cleaning staff. Utensils for the kitchen was more than adequate, however the toaster had a mal funtion and repeately burned toast.Reservation personel should inform renters of what is supplied as far as cleaning products (dishwasher detergent - only one load was supplied) as well as laundry detergent.All in all we plan to come back and stay again.
