The condo was beautiful. The grounds were so clean and loved the hours of the pools and hot tub. We will be back! Easy assess to the beach.

The original room 203C we rented the owner was painting and did not tell seachase it was not going to be ready for our stay. So, 30 minutes before arriving we received a phone call from Angela at seachase telling us that. She was extremly friendly and helpful. Seachase put us in room 201E a larger room (beautiful & clean )at no extra charge and because we had to move to another room on the property our last night they refunded me saturday night. They gave us covered private parking. They also gave us 5 free tickets to OWA park. Seachase employees could not have been nicer, friendly, and helpful they were great. I will definitely stay there again. The property was clean and safe. We did not have to worried about anything

Beautiful , convenient, comfortable and more. The big table for dining and playing games together was wonderful! We cooked almost every meal,and the kitchen was a dream!

Our week at Seachase was absolutely perfect. This was my 3rd time at Seachase and 201 was my favorite. We had a quiet corner with an awesome view.i will definitely select lower levels in the future. Our condo was clean and provided everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable.

First of all let me say the best place I've ever stayed. The Condo is amazing and the location on the beach is unbelievable absolutely the best stay I've had at the beach. And all the people that I dealt with through out from just calling to see what they had available to the guys at the gard shack were all amazing. And you will not deal with any nicer people than the girls at the front desk. By far best vacation stay I've had!!!

Condo was nice but not furnished with any supply's for our first night such as (extra blankets, pillows, dishwashing detergent. No patio furniture. We bought chairs at the Dollar Store so we could enjoy the balcony. Hallways were very sandy. Not enough Luggage carts, the one we tried to use a had a rotten tire. One of the elevators did not work. We have been coming to Sea Chase for 12yrs. We realize a hurricane had came through previously but these are small things that were not in short supply. We are planning on staying somewhere else next year.
Prices have continued to rise. Check in time is later in the evening and check out time is earlier in the morning, We are paying for 7 days and actually can only enjoy 5 days .

The condo was nice. The only complaint is the carpet everywhere including the master bathroom. It was odd. It was decorated nicely and met expectations.

The condo was very spacious, the kitchen well stocked, and it was extremely clean. We loved it, and will DEFINITELY be staying again! The dryer needs fixed or replaced - it had to run at least twice when drying clothes. The hot water heater really struggled to keep up, so showers were short and lukewarm. However, these were minor things and we loved it there! Having to keep a gate card with you all the time was a head-ache with kids running and and down the room. I was constantly having to wait on someone else to go through - be nice if the gate could stay open during the day? The furniture was in EXCELLENT shape, and beds were very comfortable. LOVE the carpet instead of tile - much less death by sand in the apartment.

VERY ENJOYABLE.ONLY NEGATIVE WAS A/C ERRATIC.YOU NEED TO HAVE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE A/C AND OR HEAT.OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS CLEAN AND NICE.NUMEROUS LEAKS FROM HEAVY DOWNPOUR.THE FIRST BEACH KEY DID NOT WORK.HAD TO GET REPLACEMENT

Quite satisfactory, although many amenities are lacking. Kitchen has up-to-date appliances -- all in good working condition. pots and pans very good. Master bedroom mattress needs replacement, Linens in all bedrooms very good aas are bath towels, etc.

Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths was perfect for our Thanksgiving family gathering. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room and the kitchen was well-equipped. Large, comfortable living area with large TV was perfect for watching football games. The second floor balcony made you feel on top of the beach while enjoying amazing sunrises! We loved our stay at Seachase!!

The condo was very nice, but the weather was not. We arrived Wednesday afternoon to cloudy skies and it was very windy. It rained all day Thursday, and it was cloudy and windy on Friday. The weather cleared up and the sun came out on Friday, but we had to leave at 8:30 am, so we missed the only pretty day.
