Nice Condo

301C is as pictured and is nice. The master bath is dated and feels a bit worn out, but everything else feels like it's been updated in the last decade. Beds and living room furniture are very comfy. Living room rug is quite stained and should be cleaned or replaced. Coffeemaker was so gross I had to buy one for our stay. Otherwise, condo was very clean. The kitchen is very nice and we loved the ice maker in the bar area. The view is wonderful but be advised one of the resort hot tubs is directly below the balcony...we had a night with very drunk guests yelling in the hot tub until midnight. It's supposed to be quiet hours after 10, but clearly no one monitors this. Check in was super easy and the condo was ready well ahead of 5 pm, which was wonderful. Location in Orange Beach is fantastic - a neighborhood walmart across the street, plenty of restaurants to walk to (although sidewalks are intermittent - it's not accessible or great walking for the elderly). Overall, this condo was a good value for the price.

This was our second time staying at this condo and we love it. Plenty of room for the family and everything we could need is provided. We spent a lot of time at the pools and hot tubs :)

The only down side was having to use the fop coming and going to the beach!!! But our condo was wonderful!!!

The unit was great. Would rent this one again. Very spacious and updated. We have been coming to SeaChase for years. Everything is always great, but I didn't like that the check in time now is 5:00pm. I feel that is too late and should be adjusted back to 4:00pm. We had issues with parking as well and not being able to find a parking space. We had to park in a spot that wasn't a parking spot until it could be resolved the next morning. You have to pay for a parking tag and they know how many parking spaces that they have, so that shouldn't be an issue. But, 301C is great and we will be back to this unit.

Beautiful Seachase 301C oceanfront condo

301C has a gorgeous sunrise ocean gulf view. Being on the 3rd floor allows easy visibility of the ocean without the fear of heights. A spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom updated floor plan provides plenty of room for leisure and rest and relaxation. The accommodations were spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with high quality appliances, cutlery, dinnerware, utensils etc.. The bathrooms featured walk-in showers(one with rain forest fixtures), one with a jacuzzi. Tile floors throughout with no carpet. An awesome unit with an awesome experience!

We enjoyed our time in the condo and Sea Chase. We have been staying there since the building that unit 301 C is located in was built. The location is perfect convenient to good restaurants and shopping. The buildings and grounds are well maintained we would recommend a visit to anyone.

Probably the best overall rental we've had at Sea Chase or other location. Very clean, very good furnishings and amenities which included a personal computer and printer. (also LOVE the 65" tv)
Only negatives - there were tiny ants that kept showing up on the table on the balcony and lots of other ants in the pool area that were very annoying when using the lounge chairs - this is overall facility issue and not a 301C issue. 301C is wonderful!! Kudos to the owners!!!

I've stayed at SeaChase many times (sometimes registered under Adrienne Barousse). I love the location, the size of the beachfront and the pool areas. The staff is incredible. This particular unit was very nice and comfortable. I would definitely rent it again.

Excellent condo. Location was convenient to everything. Walmart & Rouses almost across the street. Condo was clean and had all the amenities you could possibly think of. Even had an ice maker and we didn't have to buy ice for our cooler. The staff at the condo was extremely nice and helpful. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at SeaChase once again. We have stayed at 301C many times it is one of our favorites. It was not as clean as in the past and there were some small fixes that need attention. We recommend SeaChase.

We loved the condo! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and spacious! We loved the mini bar with ice maker! My parents stay on balcony the whole stay and was able to talk to other family members at pool and jacuzzi! The staff was very friendly! Loved that we could walk across street to Walmart! We are going to book this condo next year!

Overall our Rental Experience was good. We've stayed in this unit two years in a row. Arrived on Saturday before Labor Day and parking situation was very bad. One of my guests had to park across the street for a couple of days. I can't imagine staying there in peak summer, like July 4th! There were times when the WIFI would not work on multiple devices at the same time. We were there during the Tropical Storm Gordon and noticed one of the elevators had water leaking in it. Seems a little dangerous; our 2-1/2 year old slipped and fell. There were a few other small tweaks with the condo that I informed management about and said it was not a rush to attend to it. We love the Seachase complex and this unit, but I think I will be looking for a 3 bed, 3 bath next time. We just need that third bath.

Very nice amenities at this unit. Unit was well-maintained and kitchen had all of the appliances we could ask for. The master bedroom and bath were very spacious. The other two bedrooms were adequate. Beach was great this year except for the green algae.

The condo was as nice in person as it was in pictures. It was appointed very well - nice linens, towels, dishes, cookware, etc... The only issue was that the ice-maker in the refrigerator didn't work properly. However, the other ice make more than made up for it. The dryer took a couple of cycles to dry clothes but that was not a problem for us. We enjoyed everything about the condo. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at the sea chase. The room was nicer than we expected. Pictures did not do the room Justice. The pools were awesome and the kids loved the indoor pool too. It was nice being so close to everything including the grocery store. We will definitely be back again soon.

The Condo, staff and stay was outstanding. Best Condo we have ever stayed in at Seachase. The owners have done an excellent job of providing a decor that makes you feel pampered and at home the minute you open the door. Provided a great space that allowed us to enjoy our grand children and all things offered at Seachase. We will be back! My granddaughter left an iPad in the room. Karen at the front desk and the owners quickly retrieved the iPad and made arrangements to return via mail. Great and friendly staff and owners??
