My wife and I had an enjoyable 3 night stay at SeaChase. The staff is very professional and the property is well managed. For and older property it is well maintained. Great view from our unit and indoor pool was a big plus this time of year.

Excellent choice for our family of 4. Room really is as nice as the pictures. Sat out on the balcony with great views most of the time. 3 outdoor pools and 3 hot tub. 4th pool and hot tub inside. So always a place to go even on busy days regardless of the weather. Everything was clean and staff were friendly and responsive when we couldn't figure out a few things. Close to Walmart for forgotten items, resturants, etc... Visit City Donuts and Ice Cream across the street for those with a sweet tooth.

We had a wonderful time in our vacation! This condo is beautiful and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It has almost all of the comforts of home. I think I would add some blankets as we did get really cool at night. Other than that I really can’t think of anything it was missing. It has been beautifully decorated with love for sure. It was clean and so comfortable! I’m so glad we got to be able to enjoy it with our kids and granddaughter! They loved it too! Great customer service as well and met some very friendly people! Security is so nice and helpful as well! Hopefully can visit again soon! Thank you ��

We really enjoyed this condo! It was beautifully decorated! The balcony furniture was also nice and the balcony itself was spacious! The view on 3rd floor was perfect! Also very clean. It supplied everything we needed in the kitchen plus more. Would definitely rent again!

From the time we checked in until the time we departed we didn't have any issues. The property as well as the rental unit are clean. The access to and from the beach is simple and the parking spaces are adequate. I highly recommend booking your vacation at Sea Chase

From check in to check out the experience was easy. The Condo was as advertised updated and clean. Kitchen was well stocked for all your needs. The view from the Master bedroom and balcony was Peaceful and gorgeous it will not disappoint. The condo has beautiful landscaping and green grass which in my opinion is a plus not all concrete. The walk to the beach is very short like 150 feet and the beach is flat and smooth and there were plenty of sea shells for the kids to take home a few. Now back to the condo the master bed room and bath was spacious and well maintained with a jetted tub and glass shower. The second bed room has plenty of space and separate bath room. Like the keyless entry to the condo and the use of key fobs to access the beach. You will not be disappointed with this condo. We usually go to gulf shores 2 to 3 times a year and we will be staying again at the condo in the future.

This has been by far the best place with have stayed. The Condo was clean and very neat, it had everything you could have ever ask for. The view from the balcony was wonderful and we love being on the third floor. It is in the perfect location for shopping for groceries. I pray next year when we come down this unit will be available.

Orange Beach is a wonderful place to visit. The views from this condo are amazing. We loved being on the balcony, even late into the night. Wifi was good. The bed was good. The unit is older than it looks in pictures. There was a terribly strong cleaning smell when we arrived that took days to clear, the rug by the door was dirty and the dishwasher was not emptied. The towels were very poor and I was told they were looking into getting a new service. There is only one toilet paper roll per bathroom. No toiletries and no dish soap or sponge. You have to bring your own. There is only one blanket in the closet and it is thin in case you come when it is colder. The tile floors are oddly cold especially in the master bath. Bring slippers. And the master bath floor is always damp. Odd. Sea Chase is old. It shows its age. Hallways are dirty, second elevator didn't work for three days, gym is old. However, the people are amazingly kind. The views are the best and the pools are wonderful. The beach is fantastic and the water is great. I recommend the following places to eat: Moe's BBQ, The Gulf, Fisher's Dockside, OSO Early, Yoho Rum and Tacos, Kilwins for ice cream, Buzz Catz for cinnamon rolls. You are right across the street from a CVS and Publix and Walmart. Most places are only 5-10 minutes away. Lots to do if you wanted to take a break from the gorgeous beach.

Chose this unit for the location, view, lower floor, and style and we were not disappointed. We spent most of our time either in the pool, on the beach, or on the balcony. Coffee every morning was on the balcony. Everything was very clean and the style was perfect for us. I loved having a great view on the 3rd floor. We will be back!

The good
The actual condo itself is very clean, we did not find any concerns of poor cleanliness. It's decorated very nice and is a great layout. The balcony is amazing and right over the pool. We actually liked being on a lower level so this fit perfectly for us. TV is both bedrooms, nice jacuzzi tub and 2 showers. Sofa bed was used and all was good.
The concerns
The booking process was very challenging. We called to split the payment with another family and the person on the phone processed the payments multiple tines, they credited it back but, it charged around 3 times the amount. We paid half up front and the remaining 30 days out. Well, the 30 days came around and they charged the wrong card again. Had to call back and that person was new too.
The basic amenities like toilet paper, trash bags was not provided, we had to literally buy everything we needed.
Blankets were non existent. We had to use the extra sheet and blanket for the sofa bed so we had nothing extra for the other beds. The only thing provided we a sheet.
Towels was minimal, we had to wash every day. Would have been nice to have enough to do it every other day.
The common areas of the resort are very dated and looks very dirty. The elevators and surrounding area needs updated badly. They were pressure washing the days we were there and it made it very dirty as well. The carpets need replaced asap. Pools were clean though.
Overall, we were happy but a few things could have bumped it up to 5 stars.

This was by far the best rental. Beautifully decorated, stocked well with anything we might need and nothing worn or torn. We could not find one single thing wrong. The grounds beautifully maintained too. This will be our go to whenever available.

Great condo! Wonderful views of the ocean from almost all parts of the condo. Master bed was very comfortable. Loved the size of the master bath and stone shower. Kitchen had very nice appliances and cookware. Furniture and overall condition of living room were excellent with a few minor exceptions. The WiFi was terrible and unusable. The Wii offered only had one working remote. Front door had door stop that constantly fell and made it a pain to leave the condo.

This is our second stay at Seachase, and we plan to keep coming back. Our stay couldn’t have been better! 304W was just as the pics showed. Everything was so clean, recliner chairs (which is why I chose this unit) were very comfy. Sofa looked brand new. Nice large TV with several options for movies. Bed slept well. Kitchen very well equipped. Chairs on patio swiveled and were of nice quality. Our favorite unit so far, although they have been very nice each time. 24 hour guard to protect the condo. Pools and hot tubs cleaned daily. Common areas were always clean. We will come back in a few months if we can get away, and hopefully this unit will be available.

First time in Orange Beach

There were 3 of us that stayed in 304W for a week. Because it was our first time to the area, I did a lot of research when looking for a place to stay. I can't say enough positive about this condo. First of all, I've stayed at several Airbnb's and they are rarely just as the pictures show. This one was exactly as the photos posted. The beds were comfortable (the pillows were thin as pancakes ... probably the only thing that wasn't perfect). The kitchen was well stocked ... better than anywhere I've stayed. The appliances, includinug the washer and dryer were top notch. Beautifully decorated! And the view ... absolutely amazing! The condo was perfectly spotless ... kudos to the cleaning team. The elevator was the fastest I may have ever been on. Since the weather was cool, we enjoyed the outdoor hot tub several evenings. The beach is beautiful and the sand white and soft. The location was in close proximity to many fabulous restaurants. Fin and Fork was loud, but delicious. Big Fish Restaurant was great! Other places we ate were Doc's, Steamers, Tacky Jacks, Ruby Slipper Cafe, Brick and Spoon ... all good. Our only negative restaurant was Rotolo's Pizzeria. We wanted pizza for a break in the seafood ... I would try to pick somewhere else next time. You cannot go wrong with this condo ... best I've ever stayed in!!! I have so many wonderful things to say about this unit and complex. The very best we have ever stayed...we travel often and usually stay in Sandestin and this condo was so much better than any place we ever stayed at in Sandestin! Everything was clean and updated. Beautiful pools and very clean lobbies. Perfect location too!! I would give it a 10/10!!

One word : AMAZING! From the moment we walked in the door we fell in love. The decor was beautiful, everything was nice and clean! We were there for thanksgiving and the condo was stocked with all of the cooking supplies we needed!!!! Last but not least, the icing on the cake was the Wii entertainment system my boys age 1 and 4 had a ball!! I think it was the best part of their stay, so much so that we are now looking for one for their Christmas :)

Wonderful! We love 304W. It is a perfect fit for our family of four. We love the kids items provided and appreciate the stocked kitchen.
the only things I could suggest adding are - a hairdryer, a manual can opener and a lounge chair on the balcony.

We loved the way the condo was so tastefully decorated. All of the appliances were first rate. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout drapes were great and made for many nights of great rest. Most all of the best restaurants were all around... ten minutes away. We liked Cobalt’s, The Original Oster House, Cosmos, and Fin and Fork. We bought our fresh sea food at Lartigue’s Seafood Market on Perdido Beach Blvd. The grocery store was across the street and had a great selection. We mainly love sitting in one of the beach chairs, listening to ocean, and reading a good book.

This condo is very nice, clean and comfortable. It has been updated and we enjoyed our stay. Complex was well kept, beaches beautiful. We had a pool and hot tub right out our building, although it was too cold to use, it was very clean and well kept. Enjoyed.
