Another great year at the Sea Chase. We’ve been coming for a long time, and you can’t beat the condos, pools, and easy access to the beach. Sea Chase is always clean, and the staff are very friendly.

SeaChase 402E was perfect for our family. It was exactly as described. It was very clean and well appointed. The unit is beautifully decorated. We loved being so close to the beach. The grandkids very much enjoyed the pools and beach. I highly recommend this property and will be a returning guest.

Seachase was everything we could have asked for and more. The pools were perfect for my kids. Since there are 3 pools none of them were too overly crowded for us. My youngest is not a fan of the sand so I spent most of the the time at the pools with him.
We have gone to PCB for the past 5 years and loved it but the beaches were always so crowded. SeaChase was perfect. We were also looking for a place that was more family friendly. SeaChase was definitely this. Not a lot of partying etc.
Wal-Mart is directly across the street and restaurants are just a few minutes drive in either direction.
Our condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was very clean and well kept. It even came with an ice machine inside!!
The grounds were well kept and maintained. We had to call maintenance for a shower issue and they came that day and resolved it.
Check in was simple and easy and they have security guards at the entrance 24/7.
We are already looking for when we can come back!!
Thank you SeaChase for an incredible week! We came home with memories that will last a lifetime.

Beautiful condo , equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen,
We would definitely rent again, Our only complaint is there needs to be some information in the condo about the different warning sirens that may go off , we had a alarm warning go off and we didn’t know if it was a fire or storm warning and or evacuation warning of some kind .
Need to have info in condo about these for everyone’s safety. Otherwise a perfect stay . We will return !

Can't recommend Seachase enough...we have been staying there a few years now and my grandchildren thinks its the only place to stay, the pools are wonderful as are the units.

Very Clean with all newer appliances. Only 1 fob key but after reporting that, so we wouldn’t get charged, we were free to pick up another but never did. Great views as you are right on the water. Some curtain decoration fell down in middle of night but again immediately called and service people came up. Could use some more throw blankets as it does get chilly at night.

We love this condo. This was our second stay in the same room. However this time we had two kids with us. A 2 1/2 year old and a 1 year old. In the guest bedroom a pill was found on the floor ( luckily by an adult instead of the one year old who puts everything in her mouth). Other than that everything was great.

First of all a BIG ���� for how ready SEACHASE was to handle the health of their visitors! While we were there the 7-11th, everyone was good about respecting their rules. Our condo was great. We had never stayed on the East wing but it is just as pretty as where we normally stay on the West. Our condo was decorated to walk in and make us ready for the beach. It had everything we needed plus! Thanks for making our trip so comfortable! See you in September!!

As a family of 4 we had a great time visiting Orange Beach AL. It was our first time to the area. Being on the Gulf of Mexico with direct beach access was perfect. The Resort had many pools, and also an inside pool since the weather was still cool. We liked being able to have a kitchen and dining area so we didn't have to eat out for all 3 meals. The plus was having a washer/dryer in the unit to clean swimsuits and towels. The only negative was construction work on the balconies, but that's too be expected with the environment. We will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, sun, salt, and sand take their toll on everything, even concrete. The contractors were going floor by floor, balcony by balcony, inspecting and replacing any concrete supports which appeared compromised. Because it was such a wet winter, they experienced a lot of delays and the work carried over into the spring season. We hope to see you at SeaChase again soon!

This is a nice and clean condo. Very well stocked with everything you need in kitchen. Beds are king size and real comfortable. Furniture is in great shape. Kitchen appliances are real nice.Great views from the balcony.The owners have done a great job furnishing this condo.

402E is a very nice condo rental! The color schemes are bright and colorful and done in very good taste! Everything I could of asked for! Time for a new coffee maker though! No complaints about anything else! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again!

We loved our stay at Sea Chase. It was great having our condo right on the beach. The condo was nice and clean and was everything we had hoped for. The owners even had a beach chair, sand toys and boogie boards for our use. Would recommend!

We had a great time in Orange Beach on our Fall Break 2017 and Sea Chase is a great place to stay! The property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The pools were crystal clear and so inviting! I would recommend room #402 in the East Tower to my family and friends in the future! Everyone I spoke with at Sea Chase and Aronov were friendly and helpful. We are repeat patrons. You cant go wrong if you book your vacation spot at Sea Chase!

I recently stayed st the Sea Chase in Orange Beach, AL. The property is beautiful - very attractive & well maintained. Our condo was clean, quiet, very comfortable & so attractively furnished. The property is near restaurants & markets. I have stayed at this property in the past & will stay there in the future. The only negative comment I have is that 2 or the 3 TVs would not change channels. This was beyond the control of the property & was the responsibility of the cable company. The property staff was very accommodating.
