The rental is very well maintained. The property manager was very helpful and ensured our satisfaction. Everything is as described. Great location, easy access to the beach, shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and look forward to renting it again.

Great condo! Enjoyed the clean and comfortable condo for a long weekend. Would love access to beach chairs and beach/pool towels and a few basic supplies in the kitchen, but not a big deal. This is my 5 or 6 visit to resort and we enjoy it. All elevators working well and no construction was great!!!

SeaChase provides its guests with a 5 Star gulf from experience from check-in to check-out. Beautiful landscaping and pool areas and beautifully appointed condos offer both luxury and comfort and provide that “resort” feel people are looking for. Perfect for a family vacation or couples’ beach getaway! Excellent customer service too!

The condo we rented was updated and very nice. Had everything we needed. Only thing is when we arrived the floor was dirty and was not mopped on our checking in. Called front desk and they responded immdediately. Also had construction on a balcony above us that we were not notified in our rental agreement. They started at 7 am and was very noisy with drilling. They gave us a little compensation but didn't want to be woking up at 7 am on vacation for 2 days straight.

Our stay at SeaChase 504C was great, we truly enjoyed the location and property. The condo was really nice, comfy, clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super-comfortable as well. Somehow, we were not able to figure out how to work the TV in the main room, but all worked in the 3 bedrooms so wasn't a big deal. The location and easy access to the beach and pools were terrific, and the view gorgeous! We would most definitely want to stay here in 504C again.

A well needed last minute escape

Orange Beach has come highly recommended from friends for many years & on a last minute decision, we decided to escape for New Years. The location is perfect - great entertainment for all ages, easy to visit Florida and the beaches are perfection. SeaChase was a beautifully maintained community with multiple pools and access to the beach. Overall, our stay at 504C was perfect. The furnishings were modern, clean and stylish for the most part. For our family, the beds were hard as rocks and the bedding was uncomfortable, so if you like a softer bed or pillows - bring your own. The kitchen was well equipped with both adult and kid friendly materials, but it would have been nice to have amenities provided that could be used - additional trash bags, additional rolls of tp & paper towels, same of laundry detergent and dryer sheets, maybe coffee filters so we aren't guessing as what to use. Regardless, it was a lovely stay in a perfect place where we made sweet family memories.

We loved the condo and the pools. The only issue we had was that we had no wifi and couldnt use our phones much at all in the room. I notified the manager about it and she said she would send someone to fix it but that never happened.

We came to Gulf Shores for my sons baseball tournament. We have stayed at Seachase multiple times and have always enjoyed it. The beach is not crowded like other Condos in the area.

We had a great time at your condo! The view is gorgeous, the patio was a wonderful size and we were all very comfortable! Thank you for letting us stay!
A light on the porch was out and the switch to turn the lights on was a bit confusing. Also, one of the curtains looked like it had been pulled and was about to fall out. We made sure to stay away from it and did not touch it because we didn't want it to fall, but it needs to be repaired. (it was this curtain on the right in the photo here)

Overall, unit was beautiful, clean and very nice. Beautiful view. Only complaints needs new master bedroom mattress and recliners and or a love seat in living room. Only a couch. With large family seating was not comfortable.
