Loved the 8th floor, Could see sunrise and sunset and perfect sound to the ocean. Quick and easy access to the beach. Pools were nice. Condo was large and very nice. Only one complaint, the ice machine was loud and did not produce much ice.

The location to our other condo was ideal and we needed the three bedrooms. Overall, we were underwhelmed. The whole place seemed a little dirty. Not like the last cleaning service wasn’t adequate, but more like it needed a really deep clean. There was also mold or mildew on the master bedroom ceiling that I reported to Sea Chase. The ice maker also was broken and never filled up. I do love the new keyless entry! We have stayed in different condos at Sea Chase (west tower) over the past 20+ years, and I would probably pick a different one next year even if wasn’t on the same floor as our other condo.

The weather was great and the Seachase grounds and pools were lovely! The ocean water was unusually ull of seaweeds. But, if you enjoy searching for seashells, there were plenty.

This was our second stay in this unit; our reservation is already made for next year. The view of the sunrises will start you day off the right way. The unit is comfortable, spacious, clean and bright. Location is great with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores and all the area has to offer. The onsite staff is amazing. They respond quickly to all requests. The balcony furniture is exactly what you would want, sturdy and accommodates six. We would like to see a few upgrades/replacements. The area rug in the living area is coming apart. The fabric seats on the dining room chairs are in need of a cleaning or recovering. The cushions on the living area furniture are starting to loose their shape. Also hoping the window with the broken seal is replaced so that we can see that beautiful view from all the windows. All being said you will not be disappointed with this unit or Seachase.

Loved the condo 801W. Lots of room and decorated nice. We used every inch of space including the patio on such hot, humid 100 degree days! Will request this condo again when we come back! My one biggest gripe was the WiFi was super slow and our phone or tablets crashed often. The biggest downside was having to come home to reality!

This was our first time renting a beach front condo so we had no idea what to expect. We did a ton of research before deciding to rent this unit at SeaChase. It did not disappoint! The unit is beautiful and well maintained with everything we needed! We loved being able to drink our coffee on the balcony every morning, and a glass of wine in the evenings. The great family vibe at the resort that was exactly what we wanted! We enjoyed our stay so much we rebooked for next year before we left.

Each year we make our way to the gulf coast to enjoy the sea, the sand, the food, the view, etc. We discovered Seachase several years ago and have stayed here ever since! We chose 801w for the first time last year. It has everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, perfect unobstructed view, very clean and tidy. Preparing to book again for next year!

When we walked in I immediately let out a sigh of relaxation. The condo was just like the pictures: airy, open, beautiful view, and well cleaned. My husband, two kids and I had MORE than enough room to stretch out and enjoy our own space. We even said we might book this condo again and invite a couple friends.
